A cozy cabin with a positive energy, comfortable beds, and good TV and internet. The newly renovated super clean room was superb. The only downside was the cold pool, but it won't keep me from returning. I highly recommend this stay.

We ate at the sushi bar japanese restaurant miki. Proximity to a gondola station helped to explore Banff.

We liked staying at tunnel mountain resort. Incredible room, nothing too much trouble. Wildfire Grill was set 5 minutes walk away.

The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of Tunnel Mountain from the roomy balcony. The steam shower in the room was a luxurious touch, and the public jacuzzi and sauna were great for relaxation. The fridge and microwave in the room were convenient for storing and heating up snacks. The staff were friendly and tried their best to accommodate any requests. The location was surrounded by fine scenery, perfect for small hikes and excursions. Despite a few minor issues with the room facilities, the overall experience was amazing.

I loved that we had a wood burning fireplace and when we sat on our balcony, the elk would come right up to us. The room was spacious and we did not feel crowded.

There was enough space in the loft suite for a small group of adults to not get on each others nerves, and we saved a lot of money using the kitchen, which was very well stocked with pots/pans etc.
The staff were less than enthusiastic, but we got what we needed eventually.

Great value for money with modern, clean, and comfy rooms. The location was perfect for exploring nature and the staff were helpful and friendly.
The breakfast could have been better with more variety and options.

The rooms are gorgeous! Very luxurious. . .fireplaces, double sinks, flat screen TV, steam shower, spa tub. Lovely views, as well. Outstanding value for the money. I wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely recommend it and hope to come back again.
We liked it all.

Looks beautiful inside was dissapointed with the famous view we were facing the mountain tunnel rd and trees and buildings in front not much of a view. The room was great but found the bed very soft for my liking but other than that it is a ways fro downtown which is good and bad if you have a car its fine as it is quiet there,,,
Just the bed was too soft for my liking other than that is was fine....

We had a wonderful stay at Tunnel Mountain Resort. The room we stayed in was spacious and had a amazing view of the mountains from the balcony. The kitchenette was well-equipped, great to cook our own meals. The resort also provided complimentary passes for the nearby theater, a nice surprise. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Tunnel Mountain Resort.

King Executive suite was good. Bed was comfortable, fireplace was nice, steam shower and jetted tub were excellent. Hottub was quite large, steam room and sauna were standard sizes. Area clean and towels were always available.

Good use of space and the wood burning fireplace.
The internet access was too slow. The kitchen is not stocked well enough - our unit could sleep 8 people but the coffe maker is tiny and there are not enough plates and cuttlery or pots and pans.

The staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful. They delivered extra chairs and an iron to our room shortly after we asked for them. The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We also appreciated the free coffee and tea, as well as the low-cost bike rentals. The location of the hotel was great, with nice trails and pedestrian access to the town center. The kitchenette in our room was well equipped and we enjoyed cooking. The hotel provided bear spray for free and also gave us free bus tickets. The option to use the free shuttle bus to and from the town center was a bonus. the best aspects of this hotel were the helpful staff, cleanliness, well-equipped kitchenette, and convenient transportation options.
Nothing to mention.

Purchased two rooms 310,311 that were very comfortable and were prefect for the two family members. I will keep this on my favorite for the future travel list.

It was pretty fair value for a one bedroom loft condo. I liked the location (a little off the beaten path) and there were elk outside our windows every day. The pool was nice.
The furnace was located right next to our bedroom and when it kicked in during the night, it sounded like an explosion. Kept us up so we slept on the sofa bed. The hotel staff were friendly but not attentive to details: the bathroom and kitchen cupboards were not clean when we arrived.
